Kelli’s work reflects the heart of a relationship builder. Throughout her career—as an educator, coach, facilitator, nonprofit director, and school district leader—she has focused on bringing people together across sectors to build strong partnerships and shared purpose.

Grounded in a deep commitment to fairness and community wellbeing, Kelli has helped design and lead large public-private initiatives and policy efforts that expand opportunity and support educators and families alike. Her leadership is guided by a strong sense of integrity: the belief that systems should work for everyone and that thoughtful collaboration can create more equitable outcomes.

At the same time, her enterprising mindset allows her to turn vision into action. Whether launching new initiatives, building cross-sector partnerships, or guiding organizations through strategic change, Kelli approaches leadership with both imagination and practicality—always focused on creating meaningful impact in the communities she serves.
